  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service, including vehicle information, maintenance records, photos, and documents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
